One day, just before Kitamura Shota and Ami's wedding, Akutsu, the head of the human resources department, calls Shota, who is currently a section chief, and instructs him to improve the work skills of new employee Saeki Yuna. While Yuna continues to improve, Shota is somehow demoted. With his income reduced, he decides to rent out the second floor of his house.
