It is a dead horse. Let it be Scott does his best and sure, the fights work, but the rest is just no fun anymore. The movie tries to go for more of a bendy clony vibe this time around, and just cannot stick the landing. Dolph and Jean-Claude both look old and tired, and I understand why they made no more of these. It is not a very good movie, unless you are a completionist.
